Psiclone is a small, close knit team of 30 people covering Art, Code, Maths & QA. However despite our small size we have responsibilities across all of our parent company’s markets and benefit from the backing and IT/HR/Training/Sales support of a FTSE 250 company behind us.
Psiclone is based in the picturesque Cathedral city of Lichfield. We occupy a modern office block adjacent to Lichfield City train station just a few minutes walk from the amenities of Lichfield city centre. Whilst Lichfield has a thriving nightlife and events scene it also has direct rail connections to Birmingham and London if you want to ‘Go Large’
For a calmer time The Staffordshire countryside, National Memorial Arboretum and the 26 square mile Cannock Chase AONB are also local.

Covid Update.
Psiclone takes the health and well being of its 30 staff very seriously and has provided support and homeworking opportunities throughout the pandemic. This includes supply of sanitizing gel, increased cleaning, using long term protection products such as Zoono (Business – Zoono Global) on all touch screens and becoming a government registered free testing site for staff.
Whilst we have now returned to the office, which has many benefits in a creative industry, as well as supporting the mental health of staff, we are currently working in a 3 week ‘shift’ pattern so staff get an average of 1 week in 3 working from home. This way everybody still meets everybody, but it reduces the office density and allows a reasonable amount of commute free home working time.
